We are a forward-thinking Accounting and Registration Consultancy firm based in Paarl, Western Cape, specialising in new registrations, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and payroll services. We're dedicated to helping small businesses thrive by providing them with the financial insights needed to make informed decisions and remain compliant.


We're looking for an Administrative Assistant / New Services / Assistant to Sales Director to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing customer service to our diverse clientèle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and valuable advice. The successful candidate must have a track record of working in an accounting office and have knowledge of accounting terminology. You are highly organised, a self-starter, energetic, and can navigate a busy office with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be the backbone of our new business and sales operations — keeping things running smoothly while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Processing new service requests and general office administration

Invoicing and collections management

Allocating projects to operational staff and coordinating workflow

Communicating with clients and conducting follow-ups

Assisting the Sales Director with various tasks and projects

Drafting documents, quotes, and correspondence

Requirements

We're looking for a motivated self-starter with the right blend of education, experience, and interpersonal skills.

Education

Matric (essential)

Experience

1–3 years' background in Administration or an Accounting office environment

Software Proficiency

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); basic Xero/invoicing software knowledge advantageous

Transport

Own vehicle and valid driver's licence (essential)

Skills

Strong analytical, administrative, and communication skills; excellent on email and phone; confident and highly organised

Work Style

Diverse multi-tasker who is target-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
